The Spirit of VMI PAC Endorses Seven Virginia HoD Candidates

LEXINGTON, VA -The Spirit of VMI Political Action Committee (SoVP) is proud to endorse an additional seven Virginia House of Delegates candidates for the 2021 Commonwealth of Virginia general elections.

Each of these candidates recognizes and supports Virginia Military Institute (VMI) as a center of excellence with an outstanding record of success. More importantly, each of these candidates stands for fair and pragmatic representation of proud American values and will serve their districts and the State of Virginia responsibly.

The Spirit of VMI PAC was founded in March of 2021 to stand as a sentinel for VMI as it may be affected by Virginia politics, legislators and legislation. The SoVP widely promotes the recognition that:

  • VMI is a proud institution serving the Commonwealth and the Nation with proven distinction.

  • VMI reliably and consistently graduates defenders of America’s free-enterprise system.

  • VMI men and women embrace the citizen-soldier concept, standing with dignity and honor for what is good and right.

  • VMI is fair, attracting and embracing increasingly high percentages of under-represented constituencies in its cadet corps.

  • VMI offers access to an alumni network and opportunities not found in any other educational institution.
